As someone who grew up in Port Orange, deciding if I wanted to Move To Waters Edge was an easy decision for me and my family. Waters Edge is home to over 1,300 single family homes. If you have a family or are looking to start a family, Waters Edge is the best neighborhood for families in Volusia County. Growing up all the local kids would find their way to this wonderful community There is so much fun to be had for children and adults. 

Residents have access to the top schools in Volusia County. Creekside Middle School is right outside the front gates. Along with a local fire department there in case your cooking gets out of hand. Airport Road park just completed in 2022 and they did an incredible job designing it for kids of all ages. The park includes, a basketball court, pickleball, and tennis. In addition there are plenty of lakes for community fishing and miles of bike and running trails. You should really come check out why I call this community home.
